ITEM POLICY:

All items listed for sale on the website are in stock in Littleton, Colorado. All prices listed are non-negotiable.

ORDER POLICY:

All orders are final; once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. If you wish to add another item, you must place an additional order. Customers have 30 days to verify the contents of their packages. After 30 days, Anonymous Stylie releases their liability on the contents of those packages. All items purchased by PayPal & directly from the website fall under all terms & conditions. Direct payment from PayPal to us obey by these terms & conditions.

PRODUCT USEAGE POLICY:

It is understood by the customer that any products sold by Anonymous Stylie are for off-highway or show use only, unless otherwise noted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they follow any and all applicable laws regarding aftermarket parts on their vehicle.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:

In-store pick-up in Littleton, Colorado can be arranged for Monday through Thursday.

Items being shipped have a typical handling and processing time of five (5) business days. We do our best to ship orders as soon as possible but reserve the right to take up to ten (10) business days to ship these in-stock products. Business days are Monday through Friday, and orders are not processed on weekends. Please remember that almost all delivery services will only deliver Monday through Friday, except for USPS. Anonymous Stylie requires a receiver signature on all USPS, UPS, Fedex, and Freight packages.

For large or odd-shaped items such as full kits or bumpers, freight is usually the cheapest way to get your item(s) shipped to you. We are happy to also ship packages via Greyhound. Please make sure you have a Greyhound station in a reasonable distance from you prior to choosing this method. All Greyhound Shipments must be shipped with the Door to Door Service they offer. We do not do drop offs to their stations. Double check the destination address you have given us as well, as this is important to assure you get your item(s).

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that all shipments are sent to the desired destination. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or no one being home to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

We cannot accept outside shipping labels, we must provide the label for the package going outbound. All labels must be created by anonymous stylie and paid by anonymous stylie.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping can only be provided if we are contacted. If contacted we will collect payment directly from PayPal and the terms and conditions still play their part.

JAPAN PARTS:

We are at no way responsible for the condition or final state of delivery for any imported part that is shipped directly from Japan to customer or container shipped item. Items that state ship from Japan are items we have not inspected ourself, this means infomation can be incorrect. If your order is delivered that was directly shipping from Japan please reach out via email so we can issue a refund and a shipping label to correct the issue at hand. Items drop shipping are solely based off Japanese seller statements not with our confirmation. Please understand the overall description of the item, details, and condition is based off the info and photos that are supplied by the seller. Seeing additional photos and seeking more information is not possible. Even if the description or condition is incorrect we are not held responsible.

A-STYLIE FRP:

Items are made to order in very rare occasions they are in hand ready to ship. Items each have their own time frames but can exceed over that estimate. Orders cannot be canceled after one week after ordering. Refunds cannot be given after one week after ordering. Canceling & refunds must be done between ordering & the next 7 days. After this time frame orders must go through. FRP items are to be installed professionally by a bodyshop with a valid automotive repair business license. Fiberglass parts always require prep work before they can be primed and painted. This product is made with fiberglass material, therefore it will exhibit chips, breaks, cracks, waves, scratches and pin holes which require modification. It is necessary to dry fit and then preform body work/ FRP work before paint. Cutting and adding of fiberglass may be needed to get proper fitment. Hand layup is the manufacturing process used for the majority of our fiberglass parts. We do not offer any guarantee of fitment on vehicles that have been in involved in accidents and/or have body damage or customization. Body panels/lighting that have been taken off also cannot be guaranteed. Vehicle being sold, change of plans, items bought during the order being fulfilled are not eligible for a refund. Vehicle being totaled is eligible for refund.

JAPAN AUCTIONS:

In no way shape or form are we responsible for incorrect information given by the seller of the item in Japan. Their descriptions is what importing these parts are based of. Items shipped directly or are stated that are being shipped directly fall unsure this condition. We cannot vouch for and item we have not inspected to deem all is true. Description of auction items is deemed true until proven not. A refund can be given for these circumstances if the item is different then what is posted upon arrival.

RETURN POLICY:

Anonymous Stylie specializes in used products, and being used, flaws such as chipping and cracking due to normal use is expected. We do our best to disclose any larger imperfections in the photos or description. Normal wear and tear or damage disclosed in the product listing is not grounds for a return or refund. Anonymous Stylie does not hold responsibility for outside companies doings. This includes but is not limited to shipping company’s used such as UPS, FEDEX, DHL, USPS, ABF Freight, Tforce, XPO, etc. We are bound to our terms and can only comply to any company’s terms. We do not take responsibility for damages done by shipping companies.

Anonymous Stylie carefully lists vehicle fitment information in the product listing. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the item will work on their vehicle. If a customer mistakenly purchases an item that does not fit their vehicle, that is not grounds for a return or refund.

In the event of a refused shipment, shipping costs will not be refunded; additionally, return shipping costs on refused shipments will be billed to the customer. Anonymous Stylie’s restocking fee on refused shipments is 50% of the item cost in addition to the shipping costs.

If for ANY reason a refund is given on special container add on item (item that has been sent to us to bid/buy out) there will be a refund that will include 80% of total amount spent. 20% will be kept as a stocking fee.

Refunds can take up to 30 days under all given circumstances.

LIGHTING:

Used & new lighting for vehicles cannot be guaranteed. Custom builds may include exposed wires & extra wires. As we do not build these items we have no control over how they are made or have been made. Additional wiring needed that was not stated, or incorrect stated wiring needs. Custom lights may include. Unmarked wires, caulking/glue that is exposed, exposed housings, modified housings. We take no claim in how the light builder proceeded to build.

ONE-OFF / CUSTOM AERO:

Items stated to be One-Off or custom may not fit properly. These types of items can either by done professionally or be a DYI project the history on the items is unknown. We recommend all aero products to be test fitted, body work, shaving, paint, & installed by only professionals. We do not take any responsibilities for the proper work if needed to fit these items.

Repairs/Modifications

Items imported from Japan have the options for repair & modifications. We will fix all known issues with the item before shipping out. Shipping is set to $10 automatically, shipping will be determined after the repair/modification is complete as the weight will decrease or increase. Time frame is an estimate and can be longer or shorter than stated in item description.

Clear Taillights

We offer clear taillights for UCF10/20 Chassis which involves tamping with original aftermarket taillights to complete the final product. Anonymous Stylie is not involved with nor at fault for the fitment of the item. We guarantee 97% of the red to be removed from the taillights. These items can show signs of tampering which include but are not limited to red markings, red specs, buffing marks, trapped polish, dull corners or hard to access places, plastic defects, scratch marks, dirt and other specs. Our items in this category are marked with our logo to indicate they are not authentic and original clear taillights from the early and mid 2000’s.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Once container items have arrived at our facility and been sorted and prepped, customers will be contacted to ask whether they would like to pick it up or have it shipped.

 In-store pick-up in Littleton, Colorado can be arranged for Monday through Thursday. In store pickup and final payment must be done within 15 days of items being readily available.

 For items being shipped, we will ask if you have a preferred shipping method, and provide you with shipping quotes from the methods you desire. Shipping method and final payment must be settled within 15 days of items being readily available. Please remember that almost all delivery services will only deliver Monday through Friday, except for USPS. For large or odd-shaped items such as full kits or bumpers, freight is usually the cheapest way to get your item(s) shipped to you. 

 It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that all shipments are sent to the desired destination. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or no one being home to receive the package, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

If we successfully win the auction we expect immediate payment upon sending the link to check out. If payment is failed to be received there will be payment penalties included but not limited to.

A additional 5% of the item cost per day until payment has been received. Items will not be released until payment is complete. If multiple items are being brought over and one or more items are not paid for we will hold all items until needed payment is completed.

In the case of container added items not arriving with the container a refund can be issued and will be offered first. Awaiting for the parts to be put in the next container is also a option. Air shipping items for failure to arrive with estimated container is not possible.

Used FRP please ask for more photos of any signs of usage before purchasing. Nervous ones remain from any purchases. Any photos needed can be provided.

In case of unforeseen circumstances such (but not limited to) as sea tragedy, cancellation of filling, unable to fill, etc customers will be refunded in full for the amount paid. We protect and guarantee your funds spent but cannot guarantee parts arrival.

Used FRP products cannot be full insured with freight shipping. Insurance for used FRP is covering only if the package is missing or arrives missing pieces. If packing can be found or on hand that would allow an entire body kit together the item will be packaged raw with boxing as the only packing.

New FRP products can be fully insured if they are in the manufacture’s stamped box. Insurance will cover lost, damaged, and missing pieces.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

No returns. Anonymous Stylie specializes in used products, and being used, flaws such as chipping and cracking due to normal use is expected. Because these items have not been handled by us in person at the time of purchase, we are unable to call out specific points of damage. Undisclosed damage is not grounds for a return or refund on either For Reserve items or Special Request items. If we believe an item is significantly different then advertised, we will contact the customer to discuss before the item leaves our CO facility.

In the case of a PayPal dispute, or a case being opened if the dispute or case is closed in your favor merchandise must be shipped back to us. In the events it is not we will escalate to stolen merchandise on our behalf.

 Selling the car, changing your mind, or not being able to afford the balance due are not valid grounds for a refund. We understand that the purchasing and shipping process takes longer than normal but we do our best to keep you updated as possible throughout the process so you can expect when the balance will be due.

All For Reserve items are secured with a non-refundable 50% deposit. If you do not pay the balance due and shipping cost upon arrival in CO, you will forfeit your deposit.

 All Special Request orders are paid for in full up front, no exceptions. Please be sure that this is the item you want and are sure it will fit before asking us to secure it for you. If you do not pay the shipping cost due upon arrival in CO, you will forfeit your purchase.

Auction Win/container Add-Ons

If you check out with someone else’s auction win you will receive a immediate refund except for the credit card/PayPal fees you have accrued for not reading properly the product description in its entirety. PLEASE read the full item page prior to attempting purchase.
